Our items are rented on a weekly basis. The rental period begins on the day of pick-up and continues for seven days.
If item is not returned by 5:00 p.m. on the day your order is due, you will be charged for an additional week’s rental.
We have a flat price for long-term rentals, and we'll give you a discount for extra weeks.
We do not offer one day rentals.
Our services are available to industry professionals from TV, film, commercial, event and theatre productions. We do not currently rent to private individuals for personal use.
You can send us your registration request on our contact page and we'll send you an invite link to your email.
We don't offer deliveries, all items must be picked up by the production.
A rental charge of an additional week will be incurred if the lights are not returned by the end of the business day on the return date.
All damaged lights must be returned to our store. You will be required to pay the retail cost of the damaged light.
There is a 20% restocking fee if an order is canceled after it has been scanned and packed for pickup.
We accept checks or cash; however, bank drafts are required for smaller productions or commercials in lieu of cash.
For any late payments, we reserve the right to impose a 2% fee.
